System Maintenance Notice
The Provider Enrollment and Management (PEM) system will be unavailable on Saturday, October 31 for scheduled maintenance.
During this time, users will not be able to access Provider Enrollment Screenings (PES) or Enrollment Applications (EA).
To avoid potential data loss, please complete and submit all in-progress PES and EAs by 5:00 PM EST on Friday, October 30.
